**** Alligator Alert ****

Post  Bulletin Board Admin. on Sat Jun 08, 2013 2:41 pm

An alligator has been seen on several occasions in the back yard of 1892 Gulf Bay Lane during the morning hours. Residents should use caution with young children and pets. Residents are advised not to approach any alligator but call animal control (595-0097), or the Sheriffs Office (436-9630) for assistance. The Association Board has been in contact with the County Animal Control Office regarding the current sighting(s).

Alligator Update From The Association VP

Post  Bulletin Board Admin. on Fri Jun 14, 2013 7:10 pm

Update from Rich Van Dover Vice President, Southbay Homeowners Association

A local trapper has responded but as of yet has not yet found our alligator, I talked to him on Tuesday.  He said he was coming out Tuesday night to look again and he would notify me when he  catches it, so far I haven't heard from him,

He did request that if anyone spots the gator to please call him with the gator's location, his name is Scott and his phone number is 232-3728

Respectfully
Rich Van Dover
