The Association has purchased a new "No Soliciting" sign which is to be prominently posted at the entrance to Southbay. The purpose of the sign is to deter the activity
of door to door salespersons. Southbay residents are encouraged to support this endeavor by not making door to door purchases. Our project manager is Ed Gallagher.
